Q. What are the participating stores for the CitiHardware e-commerce site?
A. CitiHardware e-commerce website is currently available in Davao City only and can deliver within the City. If you are outside of Davao City and wish to pick up your orders, you may do so but only at CitiHardware Balusong.
Q. Do I need to create an account?
A. No need to create an account to purchase and transact, you can transact as a guest. If you register, it is free and convenient for tracking your order history.
Q. What are the modes of payment?

A full payment is required before delivery or pick-up.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. Updates on your order is via email, and you may also call the customer support to track your order or check its status.
Q. Where do I pick up my orders?
A. Pick up for orders is from 8am to 5pm Monday-Saturday at CitiHardware Balusong. It is located at Diversion Road, Balusong, Matina, Davao City.
Q. Can I have my items delivered?
A. Delivery option is available with cost depending on the location to be calculated upon checkout. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 days after payment is made.
Q. Can I return and exchange the items?
A. Returns and exchanges can only be made in the store where the order was picked up or the store who fulfilled/delivered the items.

(1) Return requirements

·   Original receipt

·   Return of Purchased items must be done within 90 days from purchase

·   The item/s to be returned must still be in saleable condition

·   Return concerns in the platform shall be processed at the store indicated in your transaction confirmation

(2) Exchange

·   If the items for exchange are not available you may opt for other items or be issued with credit memo (CM). You can present the CM should you wish to claim the items. Note that the value of the CM must be consumed in one (1) transaction only and valid for 30 days upon issuance.

We May refuse the request for refund or exchange, if requirements are not met and if after examining the product we determine that:

1. the damage of the product was not attributable to us such as mishandling of the buyer

2. the damage was brought to your attention before purchase but you still continued the transaction

3. Change of mind may not be honored

Note that all returns, exchange and refund shall be done in accordance with Republic Act 7394, otherwise known as Consumer Act of the Philippines.
